Refund policy

Please note that we do not offer Easy Refunds on any sale goods.

We only Return and Refund if:

Replacement product not available
Not allow Return and Refund if:

Box is damage but product is good in condition
Change my mind
Quality not as expected
Not as described

Replacement is acceptable only under following conditions:

We only accept replacement 3-day after delivery
Size is too small
Size is too Large
Manufacturing defect
Damaged at the time of delivery(Product* only )
Wrong goods delivered
Wrong Quantity
*Replace in same color option only

Replacement : 

Replacement can be refused if :

Damages caused to the goods on account of negligence or improper usage on the part of the customer,
If it shows sign of wear and tear in any way,
Damages caused due to misuse of the goods.

Each item can only be exchanged once. Even under Warranty Periods. No cash refunds are permitted.

Replacement will be initiated only upon receiving the goods. Please allow 12 to 14 days from the day we receive the goods for your replacement request to be processed. You will be contacted once your replacement is complete.

Please note that replacement will depend upon the stock availability of goods. If replacement is not possible due to non-availability of stock then other goods of the same value will be delivered to you or refund to you or give a web store credit to buy goods from website

If a situation requires a refund due to any reason or replacement is not available, 1RM will deduct all shipping charges involved in this order until the product reaches our warehouse, and then refund the remaining amount to the customer, which is usually 10% of the product value.
