PLEASE READ BEFORE USE.
We’ve added an additional strap to your 1RM elbow sleeves. Tighten it moderately while performing heavy sets of 1-6 reps. Release it after the set.
For general training of 6 & above reps. Do not tight it. Just keep it strapped to the Velcro.

Liked everything especially knee sleeves it helped me to achieve 200 kilos in squats and straps amazing quality 💯💯 , about elbow sleeve I hadn't used that so I don't know what to say I liked it and lastly wrist support amazing bulit quality. About this gear pack been using it since 2022 everything is nice and well , I'm talking about the product BTW 😂 I am using it regularly though..Thanks to MISHTHA I got some discount , if you purchase it you won't regret it would be your great investment don't look at the prize tag , look at the QUALITY.
M Giving 4 review bcz of the elbow sleeves, rest everything is too gud in the gear pack. You need to work more on elbow sleeves.
