How to measure:

Measure the circumference of your knee joint with your leg out straight, keeping your muscles relaxed. Measure around the centre of your kneecap (at the patella), and around the thickest part of your calf.

Wash Care Instructions

We recommend hand–washing your knee sleeves with water or a mild detergent (or a specialist neoprene/wetsuit detergent), then allow the sleeves to air dry standing up.

How to measure:
Measure around the knee cap while the leg is straight. Adjust up or down a size for smaller/larger calves.

1RM Knee Sleeves Torn After 5 Months – Not Worth the Hype

I’ve been using the 1RM knee sleeves consistently for about 5 months, mostly for squats. While they offered decent compression and support during lifts, I’m disappointed with the build quality.

After regular use (twice a week), one of the sleeves tore from the top to mid-section. This kind of wear and tear shouldn’t be happening so soon, especially on a product marketed for heavy lifters and performance.

For the price, I expected better durability. The stitching or material just didn’t hold up under consistent gym use.

Pros:

Good support and compression initially

Comfortable fit during workouts

Cons:

Poor long-term durability

Tear from top to mid within 5 months of normal use
